Articles published in National Review

From April 12th, 2022 to June 17th, 2022, Arjun was an editorial intern at National Review, the American conservative editorial magazine founded by William F. Buckley, Jr. in 1955. As an intern, Arjun lived in New York City and worked out of NR’s offices in Manhattan. He published 165 articles in National Review, including original reporting on both breaking news and investigative projects, opinion commentary, short articles, and photographs/videos. He also edited articles published in National Review‘s print magazine.

Arjun covered a variety of subjects and events during that time, including a mass shooting on the New York City Subway in Sunset Park, Brooklyn, on April 12th (his first day); the Met Gala, on May 1st; the 21st Century Art auction at Christie’s New York, on May 10th; the mass shooting at Robb Elementary School in Uvalde, Texas, on May 24th; protests in New York City in response to the Supreme Court’s leaked draft of its Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization opinion; the Governor’s Ball Music Festival, on June 10th; and other significant events. Arjun’s articles, in total, were viewed over 3 million times, and he was often the most-read author on National Review Online‘s rankings.
